To encourage everyone to plan ahead, and thereby assist your hosts with planning and purchasing supplies, we ask you to purchase your event pass at least 30 days prior to the event. Knowing how many will attend helps us keep the cost of the weekend at a reasonable rate.

If you are only able to join us
for one day, Day Passes will be available at the front desk, BAW
office, or the Dungeon door during playtime. ($25 Thursday or $50
Friday/Saturday).
New Process for 2018
You will not be able to book a room until you purchase an event pass.
After we have processed your registration, we will send you a code by email that you may use to book one room at the host hotel or the overflow hotel.
As we are all volunteers and have day jobs, please allow 3 days for us to process your registration and send your room code.
Registration for 2018 is Open
Each person must
purchase his own event pass and separately fill out the release
form. Seriously...you can't legally waive another persons
liability.

Full refunds (less a credit card processing fee of $5 which we are charged when you register and again when we refund) are available up to October 4.
No refunds will be issued after midnight on October 4.
